ii) Market manipulation, including pump and dump schemes, false or misleading trading activities, or any other actions aimed at artificially influencing market prices.

iii) Unauthorized access to accounts or systems, hacking, or any attempts to compromise the security of the platform or its users’ information.

iv) Distribution of malware, viruses, or any other malicious software or code.

v) Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of ai’s platform or services.

vi) Engaging in any actions that may cause harm, damage, or inconvenience to Coreresearch.ai, its users, or any third parties.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal consequences, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities as required by law.

9.3 Reporting Suspicious Activities

10. Fees and Charges

i) Trading fees: A fee charged for executing trades on the platform. The trading fee may be a percentage of the transaction value or a fixed amount per trade.

ii) Deposit and withdrawal fees: Fees charged for depositing funds into your Coreresearch.ai account or withdrawing funds from your account to an external wallet or bank account. The deposit and withdrawal fees may vary depending on the specific cryptocurrency or fiat currency involved.

All fees and charges are payable in the currency in which the respective transaction or service is denominated. You are responsible for any additional costs or fees associated with currency conversion or transfers.

10.3 Modifications to Fee Structure

Coreresearch.ai reserves the right to modify or update the fee structure at its discretion. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to you through appropriate channels, such as email notifications or announcements on the Coreresearch.ai platform.

It is your responsibility to review and understand the updated fee structure. By continuing to use Coreresearch.ai’s services after the modifications have been implemented, you indicate your acceptance of the revised fees and charges.

10.4 Early Contract Termination and Withdrawal Penalties

Withdrawals from the trading balance before the contract expiration date may result in penalties for the Client, subject to the trading tier and the funds availability. In such cases, the early termination of the contract will also lead to the forfeiture of all profits earned on the deposited funds up to that point. However, at the Company’s sole discretion, certain trading tiers may grant the Client a commitment-free 14-day trial period starting from the registration date, during which no early withdrawal penalties will apply. The operating company might offer an early trading contract termination on it’s sole discretion only

You acknowledge and accept the payment of fees and charges associated with the use of Coreresearch.ai’s services. You understand that these fees may include trading fees, deposit and withdrawal fees, transaction fees for specific services, or any other applicable charges. You further acknowledge that Coreresearch.ai reserves the right to modify the fee structure and will provide you with notice of any such changes.

10.5 Trial Period Terms and Conditions

10.5.1. Coreresearch Trail Period Overview

The Coreresearch Trail Period is an exclusive offering designed for new users initiating their initial account funding. This unique opportunity allows users to evaluate our services without incurring early termination penalties for a specified 14-day trial period.

10.5.2. Trail Period Mechanics

During the Trail Period, users making their first deposit into their Coreresearch account can freely withdraw the deposited amount without facing any early termination penalties. Specifically, users funding their accounts with up to 999 USD can withdraw the entire amount within the 14-day trial period.

10.5.3. Eligibility Criteria for the Trail Period

To qualify for the Trail Period, users must be new account holders and fund their account for the first time. The deposited amount should not exceed 999 USD. In the event that a user creates multiple plans during the Trail Period, the cumulative amount across all plans must still be below 999 USD for all benefits to apply. However, only one plan can be terminated without penalty.

10.5.4. Multiple Plans and Trail Period Benefits

Users with multiple plans during the Trail Period can still enjoy no-penalty withdrawal for one of their plans. However, the total combined amount across all plans must remain below 999 USD for this benefit to be applicable.

10.5.5. Post Trail Period Terms

Upon the conclusion of the 14-day Trial Period, standard Coreresearch terms and conditions will take effect. Users will be subject to the regular rules and policies concerning early termination penalties, account management, and other pertinent terms.

10.6.6. Maximizing the Trail Period

To make the most of the Trail Period, users are encouraged to leverage the opportunity to explore and experience the Coreresearch platform with a risk-free initial deposit. This serves as an excellent means to assess our services and features before committing to a longer-term arrangement.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights associated with Coreresearch.ai, its website, and services, are the exclusive property of Coreresearch.ai or its licensors.

Your use of ai’s services does not grant you any ownership or rights to the intellectual property of Coreresearch.ai. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the intellectual property without explicit written consent from Coreresearch.ai.

11.2 Unauthorized Use

When reporting an intellectual property infringement, provide the following information:

12.1 Termination by Coreresearch.ai

i) Violation of the terms and conditions, including any prohibited activities outlined in Section 7.

ii) Fraudulent or illegal activities conducted on or through the Coreresearch.ai platform.

iii) Suspicion of unauthorized access, use, or tampering with the Coreresearch.ai platform or user accounts.

iv) Non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requests.

v) Any actions that may harm Coreresearch.ai, its reputation, or other users of the platform.

In the event of termination or suspension, Coreresearch.ai may notify you by email or through other means of communication available on the platform.

12.2 Termination by User

You have the right to terminate your account with Coreresearch.ai at any time by providing written notice to Coreresearch.ai.

Upon termination of your account, you will no longer have access to the services provided by Coreresearch.ai, and any funds or assets held within your account may be subject to the withdrawal procedures.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, whether initiated by Coreresearch.ai or the user, you agree to cease using the Coreresearch.ai platform and services immediately.

In the event of termination by Coreresearch.ai due to violation of the terms and conditions, Coreresearch.ai reserves the right to take further actions, including but not limited to:

i) Blocking access to your account and any associated funds or assets.

ii) Reporting your activities to relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

iii) Pursuing legal remedies or seeking damages for any losses incurred.

12.4 Survival of Provisions

Sections of the terms and conditions that, by their nature, should survive termination shall continue to be in effect after the termination of your account. These provisions may include, but are not limited to, the intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution sections.

Upon termination, you agree to cease using the Coreresearch.ai platform, and any consequences or liabilities resulting from termination will apply. Certain provisions of the terms and conditions will continue to be in effect even after termination.

13: Limitation of Liability

While Coreresearch.ai strives to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of the information and services provided, it makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the services or information.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Coreresearch.ai platform and services is at your own risk. Coreresearch.ai disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free service.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coreresearch.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

i) Your use or inability to use the Coreresearch.ai platform or services.

ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Coreresearch.ai platform.

iii) Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or transmissions.

iv) Any unauthorized access to or alteration of the Coreresearch.ai platform or its systems.

v) Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided on the Coreresearch.ai platform.

vi) Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Coreresearch.ai platform or services.

vii) Any viruses, malware, or other harmful components transmitted through the Coreresearch.ai platform.

viii) Any delays or disruptions in the operation of the Coreresearch.ai platform or services.

ix) Any loss or damage arising from investment or trading decisions made based on the information or services provided by Coreresearch.ai.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Coreresearch.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers exceed the amount you have invested or deposited with Coreresearch.ai.

13.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coreresearch.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with:i) Your use of the Coreresearch.ai platform or services.

ii) Your violation of the terms and conditions.

iii) Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

iv) Any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Coreresearch.ai platform.

v) Any loss or damage caused to Coreresearch.ai or other users of the platform as a result of your actions or omissions.

13.4 Third-Party Services and Links

The Coreresearch.ai platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Coreresearch.ai. Coreresearch.ai does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Coreresearch.ai shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of or reliance on any third-party websites or services.

13.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the limitations set forth in this section may not apply to you.

To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, the aggregate liability of Coreresearch.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By using the Coreresearch.ai platform and services, you acknowledge and agree that Coreresearch.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred while using the platform. Coreresearch.ai disclaims any warranties and makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of its services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coreresearch.ai from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the platform. You acknowledge that the limitation of liability provisions in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14: Referral Program

14.1 Referral Commission Eligibility

a) Coreresearch.ai offers a referral program that allows registered users (“Referrers”) to earn referral commissions by referring new users (“Referred Users”) to the platform.

b) To be eligible for referral commissions, the Referrer must be an active user with a verified account on Coreresearch.ai.

c) The Referred User must be a new user who signs up through the Referrer’s unique referral link or code provided by Coreresearch.ai.

d) Coreresearch.ai reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referred Users before crediting any referral commissions.

14.2 Referral Commission Crediting

a) Referral commissions will be credited to the Referrer’s account only after the Referred User has successfully completed the registration process and made a qualifying deposit into their Coreresearch.ai account.

b) If the Referred User is eligible for a trial period as mentioned in Section [Trial Period Eligibility], the referral commission will be credited to the Referrer’s account only after the trial period has ended, and the Referred User has made a qualifying deposit.

14.3 Qualifying Deposit

a) A qualifying deposit, for the purpose of the referral program, refers to a minimum deposit amount as determined by Coreresearch.ai. The specific minimum deposit requirement will be communicated to Referrers through the Coreresearch.ai platform or related documentation.

b) Referral commissions will not be credited for Referred Users who do not make a qualifying deposit within the specified time frame.

14.4 Referral Commission Rates

a) The referral commission rate may vary and is subject to change at the discretion of Coreresearch.ai.

b) The current referral commission rate and any changes to the rate will be communicated to Referrers through the Coreresearch.ai platform or related documentation.

14.5 Withdrawal of Referral Commissions

a) Referral commissions earned by Referrers will be available for withdrawal, subject to the withdrawal procedures and policies of Coreresearch.ai.

b) The withdrawal of referral commissions may be subject to additional verification and compliance checks to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of the referral program.

14.6 Prohibited Activities

a) Referrers are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities to earn referral commissions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using fake or misleading information, or engaging in any other activities that violate Coreresearch.ai’s Terms and Conditions.

b) Violation of these prohibitions may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the referral program and may lead to the suspension or termination of the Referrer’s account.

14.7 Modification and Termination

a) Coreresearch.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

b) In the event of modification or termination, Coreresearch.ai will honor any referral commissions earned by Referrers before the modification or termination date, subject to the terms and conditions in effect at that time.

By participating in the Coreresearch.ai referral program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Referral Program section. Coreresearch.ai reserves the right to make changes to the referral program and its terms, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates. Any violations of the referral program’s terms may result in the disqualification from the program and potential account suspension or termination.

15. Amendments

15.1 Right to Amend

Coreresearch.ai reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any amendments will become effective immediately upon their posting on the Coreresearch.ai platform or through other appropriate channels as determined by Coreresearch.ai.

The laws of the jurisdiction where Coreresearch.ai is registered or operates govern these terms, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
